This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

I'm a Rebel

So I'm working on a portrait of Taylor Swift and I'm noticing how many rules I break when I draw. People always tell me that I should blend the graphite with a blending stick or Kleenex or something other than my finger. I can't stop myself. My work turns out better when I use my finger. I am starting Taylor's hair now and I realized that I have never worked from left to right. Sure, my hand ends up covered in pencil but it doesn't seem to mess up the portrait. It'll be interesting to see how her hair turns out. I also never work from light to dark. I pick an area and I add all the values to that area and then move on to another area. I probably smear so much of my work but I never notice. Well, as long as it turns out looking good I guess I'm okay. I'm just going to stick to my terrible rule-breaking method of drawing.
